Prong SetProng Set is the use of metal wire to hold a gemstone in place by tension. A notch is cut out on the inside of the prong to seat a stone into its place. The prongs are pulled over the top of the stone to hold it.

ColorA grade given to a diamond to describe the color tones of the stone. The color scale ranges from D, meaning completely colorless, to Z, fancy yellow. As the scale moves from D to Z, it indicates increasing levels of yellow and brown tone.

Great ring!!! She had no choice but to say yes!! I paid right around $5,300 and they sent me an estimate around $6,900. I figured if it independently appraised at that, I would be happy. My fiancée and I had it appraised at a very reputable place in Carmel, California (many rich people and therefore, jewelry stores) and the estimate they sent us was $8,750!! The Gemologist could hardly believe I bought the ring online! I will never walk into another "mall" jeweler again!

I was extremely hesitant to order anything on line, much less an engagement ring. I had been shopping to many jewlery stores. They all just looked the same, were kind of overpriced, and nothing just "wowed me". I stumbled on to Adiamor by pure chance. I am so glad I did! The ring is absolutely beautiful.
