    We require that these items are included in your return in the condition you

The ring was beautiful.

The ring was beautiful and of the stated quality. Arrived on time with no hassle. Only problem was the size was about a quarter size larger than ordered. She wouldn''t let me return it to be resized.

The ring was beyond what I expected.

Initially, to my eye, the ring looked flawless. Upon closer examination, I noticed that the prongs were very, very slightly tilted... so I was concerned about the setting. I took it to an appraiser, and they appraised the ring to be more than twice the value I purchased it for, and they were very impressed with the setting. They said it was immaculate, and I got a "smokin deal." The appraiser worked for GIA for a number of years, a former professor, and third generation jeweler!
