    Adiamor is pleased to offer our customers FREE FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping on all domestic shipments over $250. Orders under $250 will be sent at no cost via FedEx 2Day. Saturday deliveries will incur a $20 charge. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time are processed the following business day.

    For the safe arrival of your package, please note the following:

    1. Shipments must be made to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes);

    2. All deliveries require an adult signature; and

    3. Shipments must be made to the address listed on file with your credit card company. If you prefer to have a package delivered to an alternate address for convenience or to conceal your surprise, please contact your credit card company and provide them with that address to expedite the shipping process.

    In the event that you will not be available to accept delivery of your package, you can have it shipped to your local FedEx location so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. Please note that Adiamor can only ship to fully staffed Fedex locations. Find the nearest local FedEx location.

    Adiamor is able to ship to both Canada and a number of other countries. You may find our policy concerning Canadian shipments here, and our policy concerning all other countries here. Please note that Adiamor reserves the right to refuse international shipments to certain countries at our discretion. In the likelihood that we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you immediately.

    Adiamor is also proud to ship to an APO / FPO / DPO address via US Priority Mail at no cost.

    Orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority for $85 USD. Shipping transit time for all orders should take no more than two business days, although Canadian customs may choose to inspect your package which may cause a delay of one day.

    For your convenience, we offer several methods of payment. Your bank or credit card company will process all charges in US funds, as required by Adiamor. Use your American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card issued through any US or Canadian bank. Or, receive a 1.5% discount if you pay with a bank wire.

    Taxes will be assessed per the chart below and will be due to FedEx, acting as our customs broker, before the package is released. No duties will apply.

    Because of the complicated paperwork and additional taxes and duties levied each time a jewelry item crosses the border, Adiamor does not offer ring resizing for our Canadian customers.
